Job summary

Heritage in Milan is seeking a COO Intern to support cross-functional projects across the business. You will coordinate initiatives spanning teams, report to senior leadership, and help turn insights into delivery, with exposure to senior leadership.

Over six months you will work on onboarding improvements, portfolio setup, billing processes, and product/tech enhancements, gaining practical experience in operations, finance, and client experience while collaborating with an international team

Qualifications

• Outstanding academic background with a master's degree in Finance, Management, Engineering, or related discipline.
• Previous experience in a fintech/technology-based environment or multi-family office, private bank, asset manager, or fund administrator is a plus.
• Tech-savvy, with a strong interest in exploring new technologies.
• Familiarity with data automation tools (VBA, Power BI, or Python) is considered a plus.
• Highly motivated and proactive, with a hands-on attitude.
• Excellent organizational and analytical skills, with strong attention to detail.
• Effective communicator with a collaborative and multicultural mindset.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a dynamic environment.
• Fluent in English.
• Available for a 6-month internship starting in November/December 2026.

Responsibilities

• Client experience: support onboarding and servicing improvements to speed up processes.
• Portfolio management operations: assist with portfolio set-up, reconciliation and reporting, and relationships with custodians/banks.
• Finance: assist with billing and related processes.
• Product and tech: help translate on-the-ground insights into product/tech improvements and automation.
