Job summary

Spring Studios is an international creative, content and event production agency, based in Milan, planning to grow its European client base with a Senior New Business Developer. You will own the European pipeline and report to the Global CEO, targeting Italy, the UK and France as priorities.

You will travel frequently to meet clients across Europe, build pitches with senior leadership, and collaborate with marketing to refine strategies that drive growth across beauty, fashion and luxury sectors.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in new business at creative, content production or event agencies with international clients.
• A demonstrable and actionable network of decision makers in beauty, fashion and luxury.
• Fluent English and Italian, French a strong plus.
• Confidence presenting to senior audiences.
• Availability for frequent travel.

Responsibilities

• Own the European pipeline, from targeting and first meetings to pitches, proposals and closing
• Open and develop relationships with decision makers in beauty, fashion and luxury, as an active presence in the industry circles, events and communities where our clients meet
• Build pitches with the heads of creative, production, events and strategy
• Ensure a clean handover of new clients with the Chief Client Officer
• Work with the Group Marketing & PR Lead to define and optimise the marketing plan that supports your pipeline
• Travel frequently to meet clients across Europe

Spring Studios is an international creative, content and event production agency, highly specialised in beauty, fashion and luxury. From Milan, London and New York we serve brands across Europe and the US, flexing from strategy and creative direction to content, advertising, events and social media on every brief. One senior team across our hubs, with Spring Represents, our talent representation unit, launching in 2027. We are in a new phase of evolution and building the team to lead it.

The role

As Senior New Business Developer you will grow Spring's client base in Europe, with Italy, the UK and France as priorities and the rest of Europe on opportunity. You own the European pipeline and report to the Global CEO.

What you will do

What we offer

• Gross annual salary (RAL): €70.000,00 to €90.000,00
• Variable pay up to €28.000,00 at target, linked to new business targets
