A leading digital marketing agency based in Italy is seeking a Senior Client Service Manager to strengthen its Client Services Team. The ideal candidate will lead client relationships, create compelling sales pitches, and manage projects to optimize performance. Candidates should have at least five years of experience in client management within a social media agency, excellent communication skills in both Italian and English, and a passion for developing strategic sales initiatives. The role offers the flexibility of hybrid working arrangements.

Tasks

• You are responsible for managing, advising, and strategically developing our client relationships
• You independently create compelling sales pitches and present them to our clients
• You are responsible for the economic sustainability of your client portfolio, with a strong focus on fees and margins
• You prepare reports and project evaluations, analyze performance results, and identify optimization opportunities
• You manage projects end-to-end, ensuring the internal team is fully aligned on quality standards and deliveries are consistent with agreed timelines and expectations
• You develop new sales strategies and actively contribute to improving project workflows

• You enjoy creating calculations and reports to identify optimization opportunities and proactively drive growth

• You are a true team player with excellent communication and negotiation skills in both Italian and English
