Kintec Global Recruitment seeks a senior Communications and Networking PMC Lead for a major Saudi Aramco EPC project. You will provide leadership and technical oversight for the integration of industrial networks during EPC, commissioning and start-up phases, ensuring all systems meet project requirements and cybersecurity standards.

The role requires 10–15 years in Oil & Gas projects, expertise in DCS/SIS/PLC/SCADA, and strong communication with Client, EPC, Vendors, and Operations teams.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Instrumentation, Electrical, or related field.
• 10–15 years in Oil & Gas or Petrochemical projects.
• Experience as PMC, Owner's Engineer, or EPC project execution.

Mansioni

• Lead the Communications and Networking scope across EPC execution and start-up.
• Review engineering deliverables, network architectures, and vendor docs.
• Ensure compliance with Saudi Aramco standards and international codes.
• Oversee LAN/WAN, fiber, Industrial Ethernet, PAGA, CCTV, IP Telephony systems.
• Coordinate with Client, EPC, Vendors, and Operations to resolve issues.
• Monitor progress, risks, and ensure successful project delivery.
