Kintec Global Recruitment is seeking a Process Engineer to lead and oversee the process design activities for mega projects. The candidate will coordinate design, interdisciplinary support, planning, inspection and procurement to deliver high-quality engineering deliverables.

The role requires 10–15 years of experience in large-scale projects and strong knowledge of process simulation tools and safety analyses, with English proficiency and solid HYSYS/PRO II experience.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering required; Master's degree is a plus.
• 10–15 years of experience in large to mega projects; Saudi Aramco experience preferred.
• Experience with process simulation tools: HYSYS, PRO II, Flare System, and other design/safety tools.
• Experience in simulating steady and dynamic systems.
• Familiarity with process design documents and Safety Assessment Reviews.

Mansioni

• Follow up on process engineering activities with contractor and resolve critical issues.
• Review critical design documents and drawings such as design basis PFD and P&ID.
• Provide process technical expertise for multidisciplinary activities including planning and procurement.
• Understand and ensure project compliance with scope, standards and specifications.
• Ensure project interfaces with licensors, vendors and Contractors as required.
• Participate in HAZOP/LOPA/SIL and other safety studies and analysis.
• Participate in 3D design and model reviews as required.
• Ensure proper design reviews during 30%, 60% and 90% stages, meeting requirements.
• Work collaboratively with contractor to execute project scope.
• Continuously seek improvements to project costs and schedule.
