At BKN301, a fast-growing fintech group with offices in Milan and beyond, we seek a Senior .NET Developer – Technical Lead to guide development teams, translate goals into technical plans, and ensure high-quality implementation. You’ll mentor peers, review code, and drive architectural decisions within cross-functional squads.

Competenze

• 7+ years of experience in software engineering.
• Experience with C# and .NET/.NET Core (versions 6–10).
• Solid knowledge of ASP.NET Core MVC and Web APIs.
• Proficiency in TypeScript.
• Strong understanding of SOLID principles and Clean Code practices.
• Experience with Unit Testing.
• Hands-on experience with Microservices architecture.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and practices.
• Proficiency in Git and GitHub.
• Fluency in English.

Mansioni

• Contribute to coding activities and perform Pull Request reviews to ensure code quality and consistency.
• Translate product and business goals into clear technical requirements and implementation guidelines.
• Support Development teams in defining technical approaches and resolving implementation challenges.
• Organize and deliver technical training sessions and knowledge-sharing activities.
• Coordinate technical activities across Development teams to ensure alignment and effective execution.
• Promote and reinforce development standards, best practices, and engineering quality.
