BKN301 is seeking a Senior .NET Developer – Technical Lead to guide cross-functional teams in delivering scalable fintech solutions. You will ensure code quality, translate business goals into technical plans, and drive architectural excellence across microservices, MVC, and Web APIs.

The role requires hands-on coding, mentoring peers, and coordinating technical activities in a fast-moving, international environment. Competitive €40,000–€45,000 RAL, full-time, on-site Italy.

Competenze

• 7+ years of experience in software engineering.
• Proficiency in C# and .NET / .NET Core (6–10).
• Solid knowledge of ASP.NET Core MVC and Web APIs.
• Proficiency in TypeScript.
• Strong understanding of SOLID principles and Clean Code practices.
• Experience with Unit Testing.
• Hands-on experience with Microservices architecture.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and practices.
• Proficiency in Git and GitHub.
• Fluency in English.

• Contribute to coding activities and perform Pull Request reviews to ensure code quality and consistency.
• Translate product and business goals into clear technical requirements and implementation guidelines.
• Support Development teams in defining technical approaches and resolving implementation challenges.
