BKN301 is seeking a Senior .NET Developer – Technical Lead to guide development teams in Sassari, Italy. You will translate business goals into technical plans, review code, and drive architectural decisions while delivering fintech solutions for global markets.

The role requires 7+ years of software engineering, deep .NET experience, and strong leadership. It offers a permanent, full-time contract with a salary range of €40.000 – €45.000 RAL and an international, collaborative environment.

Competenze

• 7+ years of software engineering experience.
• Proficiency in C# and .NET / .NET Core (v6–v10).
• Solid knowledge of ASP.NET Core MVC and Web APIs.
• Proficiency in TypeScript and Git workflows.

Mansioni

• Contribute to coding activities and perform Pull Request reviews to ensure code quality and consistency.
• Translate product and business goals into clear technical requirements and implementation guidelines.
• Support development teams in defining technical approaches and resolving implementation challenges.
• Organise and deliver technical training sessions and knowledge-sharing activities.
• Coordinate technical activities across Development teams to ensure alignment and effective execution.
