BKN301 in Lecce, Apulia, IT is seeking a Senior .NET Developer – Technical Lead to guide cross‑functional teams on architectural and coding decisions for fintech platforms. You’ll translate business goals into robust technical plans and contribute hands-on coding when needed, while mentoring engineers across the organization.

Competenze

• 7+ years of experience in software engineering.
• Proficiency in C# and .NET / .NET Core (versions 6–10).
• Solid knowledge of ASP.NET Core MVC and Web APIs.
• Proficiency in TypeScript.
• Strong understanding of SOLID principles and Clean Code practices.
• Experience with Unit Testing.
• Hands‑on experience with Microservices architecture.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and practices.
• Proficiency in Git and GitHub.
• Fluency in English.

• Contribute to coding activities and perform Pull Request reviews to ensure code quality and consistency.
• Translate product and business goals into clear technical requirements and implementation guidelines.
• Support Development teams in defining technical approaches and resolving implementation challenges.
