Job summary

Dematic is seeking an experienced Senior MU Project Manager to lead successful project execution through to final customer acceptance in Italy. You will ensure delivery on time, within specifications, and in line with Dematic's quality and performance standards.

Responsibilities include budget, schedule, risk management, and contract administration; coordinating cross‑functional teams, interfacing with customers, and reporting project status. Occasional travel (approx.

Qualifications

• University degree in industrial, mechanical or electrical engineering, automation or logistics.
• Experience leading projects with cost, time and quality awareness.
• Experience in logistics is desirable.
• Strong communication across functional levels and geographies.
• Willingness to travel nationally and internationally (~30%).

Responsibilities

• Lead projects with full responsibility over budget, schedule, quality and EHS.
• Lead interdisciplinary project teams to deliver projects on time and within cost.
• Contact person for the customer during the entire project duration.
• Contract management including change and claims management.
• Scheduling and control of costs and cash flow with accurate forecasts.
• Risk management and project status reporting.
• Coordinate the specification and procurement of equipment, products and services with relevant departments.
• Ensure compliance with project management processes and policies.
