Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Senior Technical Trainer — Machine Learning based in Italy. The role is remote and freelance, designed to design and deliver engaging technical courses for engineers.

You will create labs, scripts, and demonstrations, recording six-minute video lessons and narrations in English. The initial project lasts around three months with flexible hours and potential for future opportunities, including full-time roles.

Qualifications

• Hands-on ML training and ship experience with scikit-learn, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
• Strong ability to explain ML concepts to engineers new to the field.
• Excellent English written and spoken communication.
• Evidence of teaching through courses, tutorials, talks, or mentoring.
• Active interest in ML developments and continuous learning.
• Comfort presenting technical material on camera.
• Willingness to follow established teaching methodologies and incorporate feedback.
• Experience publishing courses or teaching in formal settings.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop course content with progressive structure, lessons, labs, and notebooks.
• Create hands-on learning experiences with detailed lab specs and test environments.
• Write engaging educational scripts for six-minute video lessons.
• Deliver technical presentations with scripted narration and lab walkthroughs.
• Apply practical ML expertise across training, evaluating, and deploying models.
• Incorporate editorial feedback to meet quality and teaching standards.
• Collaborate remotely with curriculum and production teams via Slack and time-zone alignment.
• Focus on teaching content while production handles editing, animation, and publishing.
