Jobgether SRL, on behalf of a partner company, seeks an Analytical Chemistry Specialist for a Freelance AI Trainer Project based in Italy. You will train and evaluate AI models by applying analytical chemistry expertise to real-world lab scenarios.

You will review AI-generated content, identify inaccuracies, and provide scientific feedback across spectroscopy, chromatography, and QA/QC contexts. This remote role suits experienced chemists who enjoy problem solving and clear technical

Qualifications

• PhD in analytical chemistry or equivalent experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of analytical chemistry principles and instrumentation.
• Experience in QA/QC, method development, and environmental or pharmaceutical testing.
• Ability to assess accuracy, logic, and scientific argumentation in AI outputs.
• Excellent technical writing and clear scientific communication.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate AI-generated analytical chemistry content for accuracy and relevance.
• Develop and evaluate scenarios involving spectroscopy, chromatography and related methods.
• Assess advanced techniques: MS, LC, GC, NMR, and trace analysis.
• Identify model weaknesses and document recurring errors for improvements.
• Provide detailed scientific feedback and contribute to prompt and testing improvements.
• Apply QA/QC principles to evaluate reliability of AI outputs.
• Explain conclusions and document the steps behind technical judgments.
