Human Technopole in Milan, Italy, invites applications for an ambitious Software Engineer with expertise in machine learning, reproducible code, computational imaging and bioinformatics workflows related to genomics. You will work at the interface of ML, pathology and genomics to enable and accelerate lab projects.

Responsibilities include developing and productionising computational workflows, maintaining code across the lab, and harmonising software usage.

Competenze

• MSc in machine learning or computer science or related field.
• At least 3 years in a similar role.
• Strong programming and data handling skills (Git, HPC).
• Fluency in English.

Mansioni

• Develop and productionise computational workflows.
• Maintain lab-wide codebase (GitHub/GitLab).
• Harmonise software stack across the lab.
• Work on multiple digital pathology and spatial transcriptomics projects.
