Job summary

ConSol Partners seeks a Senior Microsoft 365 / Entra ID Engineer in Italy to oversee administration, support, and optimisation of Microsoft 365 environments across Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, Entra ID and related security/compliance tools.

The role involves working with the Digital Services and Messaging teams to support enterprise environments, with an initial 6-month engagement and on-call involvement as needed.

Qualifications

• 4+ years managing large-scale messaging and identity environments.
• 1+ year customer-facing Microsoft Cloud/M365 deployments.
• Strong knowledge of Exchange Online, Defender and Purview.
• Extensive Entra ID experience in complex enterprise environments.

Responsibilities

• Manage and administer the global Microsoft 365 tenant and its services.
• Maintain and configure M365 and Entra ID policies in line with governance and best practices.
• Administer Exchange Online, OneDrive for Business, Defender and Purview.
• Manage Entra ID objects: users, guests, groups, roles, apps, licences.
