Asenium Consulting seeks an experienced Microsoft 365 Adoption Trainer to deliver a short-term freelance engagement in Italy. You will design and run practical, instructor-led events that help employees adopt Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Outlook, Loop and Copilot Chat, translating business needs into tangible 365 solutions.

The role requires Italian fluency, strong facilitation skills, and the ability to tailor content to varied digital maturity levels across large international settings.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering instructor‑led Microsoft 365 training.
• Strong practical knowledge of Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Outlook, Loop, Copilot Chat.
• Ability to tailor content for Italian audiences and mixed digital maturity levels.
• Willingness to travel within Italy for onsite delivery.

Responsabilités

• Review existing Microsoft Day programme, materials and objectives.
• Prepare and deliver full‑day Microsoft Day in Italian.
• Facilitate sessions on Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Loop, Copilot Chat and related tools.
• Provide post‑event content and a concise follow‑up report.
