STMicroelectronics is seeking a Mixed Signal verification engineer with experience in analog and mixed-signal simulations for ASICs. You will join the MEMS GROUP verification team and contribute to the full verification flow from specification to industrialization.

The position is open on Castelletto (Italy) and Toulouse (France) sites, with Senior Profiles/Team Leader expectations. You will develop test benches, verification components and cases, and apply advanced methodologies at subsystem

Competenze

• Good knowledge of Analog custom circuit (e.g., ADC, DAC, comparators) and analog, digital and mixed-signal simulation environments.
• Experience with SystemVerilog Assertions and coverage for mixed-signal verification.
• Familiarity with Cadence-based tools and scripting in Python is a plus.

Mansioni

• Define and develop verification test benches for mixed-signal ASICs.
• Develop verification components and test cases for simulation.
• Debug failures and create simulation scenarios for various studies.
• Apply cutting‑edge verification methodologies at subsystem and SoC levels.
