STMicroelectronics is seeking a MEMS Analog Senior Architect and Designer in Italy to accelerate IC definition and implementation for MEMS solutions. You will design architectures, translate system specs into block-level models, and drive verification from concept to silicon, collaborating with layout engineers and cross-functional teams.

Competenze

• At least 5 years of analog electronics design experience.
• Strong knowledge of low power and low noise design techniques.
• Experience with Spice-based tools and mixed-signal simulation.
• Experience with Verilog-A/SystemVerilog real-number modeling.
• Deep system-architecture knowledge in sensor field; MEMS knowledge is a plus.
