Job summary

Johnson & Johnson MedTech, within the MTSC Transformation Office, seeks a Manager for 3PL Systems & Integration to shape future-state supply chain and standardize WMS/TMS integration.

You will drive governance, collaborate with IT and regional teams, deliver scalable warehouse execution, and manage regional operations with an asset-light operating model.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years in supply chain, logistics, or partner coordination.
• Experience shaping and implementing WMS/TMS.
• Strong organizational and multi-stakeholder coordination skills.
• Regional experience managing multiple markets, operations, suppliers, and providers.
• Governance, stakeholder management and executive communication capabilities.
• Analytical problem-solving with ability to identify process gaps and propose improvements.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain 3PL WMS integration requirements across the global network.
• Define end-to-end warehouse workflows and integration points between J&J systems and 3PL WMS.
• Establish standardized business process requirements for the asset-light model.
• Translate operational needs into structured system/integration requirements with Systems Strategy and IT.
• Define inventory, inbound/outbound, order processing, and warehouse transaction flows in 3PL environments.
• Develop and deploy integration frameworks, standards, and playbooks for 3PL WMS.
• Ensure alignment of warehouse processes with partner execution and upstream/downstream processes.
• Coordinate with 3PL Partner Management and Deliver Teams on WMS integration standards.
• Drive governance and issue resolution for operational integration gaps.
• Identify opportunities to standardize warehouse processes across regions/partners.
• Collaborate on KPIs and monitoring frameworks for WMS integration and warehouse performance.
• Contribute to continuous improvement from deployments and feedback.
