Mark-Taylor is hiring a Lead Service Technician for the San Milan community in Phoenix, AZ. You will perform repairs and preventive maintenance to keep our apartment communities running smoothly while delivering five-star service.

The role requires advanced knowledge across plumbing, electrical, pool maintenance, HVAC, carpentry, and related trades, plus industry certifications like EPA, HVAC, or CPO. Strong service orientation and basic English are essential.

Competenze

Advanced knowledge in plumbing, electrical, pool maintenance, HVAC, carpentry, landscape maintenance, appliances.
One or more industry certifications such as EPA, HVAC, CPO (or similar).
Basic written and verbal English required.

Mansioni

Assist in completing make-ready units to Mark-Taylor standards.
Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, appliances and carpentry issues.
Perform preventive maintenance on vacant units and maintain pool chemical balance.
Complete minor roof repairs, re-key locks, and cut keys.
Inspect properties for safety hazards and report to Facilities Manager.
Share on-call duty and respond to property needs in uniform.
Help monitor inventory of parts and supplies and mentor junior technicians.
