Job summary

Verdura Resort in Sciacca, Italy, is seeking a Villas & Residences Manager to lead daily operations across villas, reception, and related service touchpoints. You will directly support arrivals/departures, manage staff performance, and ensure high-quality guest experiences in a luxury resort setting.

The role requires strong leadership, rostering and cost-control skills, and fluency in Italian and English. A permanent contract under CCNL Turismo is offered with competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• Proven management experience in luxury hospitality, Villas & Residences, or related operations.
• Strong leadership, rostering and operational planning skills.
• Fluency in Italian and English; additional languages a plus.
• Hands-on approach with attention to detail and discretion.

Responsibilities

• Act as the main operational point of contact for villa Owners and Guests, building trusted relationships through professional communication.
• Oversee the entire villa experience from pre-arrival to post-stay, ensuring guest preferences are addressed.
• Lead and develop Villas Housekeeping, Personal Assistants and Villas Reception teams, setting service standards.
• Plan staffing, rosters and leave to balance service quality with cost control.
• Coordinate with Front Office, Concierge and other departments to deliver a seamless experience.
