Cassina in Milan currently seeks a Senior Sales Advisor to join the Store Sales Team. You will deliver expert advice and hospitality to clients, supporting the purchasing journey and contributing to business growth.

The role requires a design/architecture background, 5+ years in design or luxury furniture sales, and fluency in English (additional languages a plus). Local travel may be involved; permanent contract, on-site at Milan store.

Competenze

Degree in Interior Design, Architecture or related field; other backgrounds considered.
Minimum 5 years of sales experience in design/furniture.
Proven ability to meet commercial goals.
Experience in high-end or luxury environment preferred.

Mansioni

Welcome and assist clients visiting the Store, providing hospitality throughout the selling process.
Develop new sales opportunities and contribute to commercial objectives.
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients.
Support the Store Manager in implementing business development initiatives.
Provide product information and professional advice throughout purchasing.
Use and maintain CRM, quotation and project registration systems and the customer database.
Ensure accurate and timely management of client and sales information.
