Mytheresa in Milan is seeking a Manager Influencer Relations and Talent Management to support global talent strategies across categories such as womenswear, menswear, kidswear, life and jewellery.

You will build long-term relationships with agencies, influencers, stylists, photographers and partners, and coordinate talent projects from initiation to on-site execution in a fast-paced, luxury environment.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of relevant luxury fashion experience.
• Proven relationships with talent agencies, influencers, stylists, photographers.
• Strong understanding of luxury fashion, influencers, and social media trends.

• Support global Talents Team in developing talent strategies across all categories.
• Build and manage relationships with talent agencies, influencers, stylists, photographers, managers and partners.
• Develop strategic talent proposals and recommendations for brand partnerships, campaigns and events.
• Own talent projects from concept to execution with strong organization and detail.
• Lead talent-related events and activations, including guest list strategy and on-site execution.
• Coordinate between talent reps, external brand partners and internal teams with clear timelines and deliverables.
• Collaborate with Social Media, PR and Events to ensure cross-market execution of talent activities.
• Prepare and present weekly and monthly reporting on talent activities and market developments.

We are looking for a motivated Manager Influencer Relations and Talent Management for Mytheresa in Milan.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Support the global Talents Team in developing and executing talent strategies across all categories, including Womenswear, Menswear, Kidswear, Life and Fine Jewellery.
• Build and independently manage and nurture strong, long-term relationships with relevant key industry contacts, including talent agencies, influencers, stylists, photographers, managers, and other key partners.
• Develop strategic talent proposals and recommendations for key brand partnerships, campaigns, events, and other initiatives.
• Take ownership of talent projects from initial concept and outreach through execution and follow-up, ensuring a high level of organization and attention to detail.
• Support and lead talent-related events and activations, including guest list strategy and management, talent outreach and coordination, logistics, dressing, and on-site execution.
• Ensure seamless coordination between talent representatives, external brand partners, and internal teams, maintaining clear responsibilities, timelines, and deliverables throughout each project.
• Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and teams such as Social Media, PR and Events as well as external brand partners to ensure seamless execution of talent activities across markets and categories.
• Prepare and present regular reporting and analysis on talent activities, partnerships, performance, and relevant market developments, including weekly and monthly reporting.

WHO YOU ARE

• 3-5 years of relevant experience in luxury fashion, talent relations, influencer marketing, PR, or a related field, preferably within an international luxury or premium environment.
• Strong existing network and proven relationships with talent agencies, influencers, stylists, photographers, and other relevant industry contacts.
• Deep passion and strong understanding of luxury fashion, talent culture, influencers, and the evolving social media landscape.
• Proven ability to independently manage projects, relationships, and multiple priorities from concept through execution.
• Strong strategic and analytical thinking, with the ability to identify relevant talent opportunities and translate them into compelling recommendations.
• Highly organized and collaborative, comfortable taking ownership and able to work efficiently under pressure.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, talent trends, and the wider cultural landscape.
• Excellent communicator, fluent in English, with good negotiation skills.

Starting annual gross base salary: €34.200. Final compensation may vary based on relevant experience, qualifications, and objective, gender-neutral criteria applied during the selection process.
