Job summary

The position reports to the Compliance & AML Manager and involves collaboration with the Compliance Specialist Sr. to ensure adherence to laws and internal controls.

Qualifications

• Regulatory knowledge across AML, anti-corruption and consumer protection laws.
• Experience with compliance risk models and remediation actions.
• Familiarity with Volkswagen Financial Services products and procedures.

Responsibilities

• To provide regulatory advice to all Departments on Compliance issues related to AML, criminal acts and anti-corruption, anti-trust, consumer protection law, usury, etc.
• To monitor regulation evolutions and conduct Compliance Risk Assessment activities to assess risks and mitigation actions.
• To establish and conduct testing programmes to assess compliance with external/internal regulations.
• To monitor handling of complaints and analyze data to identify recurring issues and mitigation actions.
• To monitor security measures to prevent verification of criminal acts (conflicts of interest; anti-corruption; gifts)
• To ensure trainings on compliance matters to all Departments.
• To draw up and review internal regulations and policies.
• To collaborate with Headquarter Departments in outsourcing processes.
• To collaborate with Headquarter Departments in Internal Control System processes.
• To collaborate with Headquarter Departments in Compliance Risk Management.
• To actively participate in compliance projects from time to time.
