Airswift seeks a Senior OTS Trainer in Milan to lead operator training for LNG facilities. You will deliver simulator-based training, develop programs, and align procedures with process engineering and control interfaces. Strong English communication and leadership are essential.

Ideal candidates have a bachelor’s in a relevant field, 10+ years in oil/gas/petrochem, and 5+ years in LNG panel operations, with experience using an Operator Training Simulator.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Applied Science or Chemical Engineering or equivalent qualification with relevant experience.
• 10+ years production experience in oil/gas/petrochemical industries.
• 5+ years panel operator experience in LNG liquefaction environment.
• Hands-on experience with an Operator Training Simulator and training delivery.

Mansioni

• Develop and implement structured training programmes for operators.
• Support training exercises and provide simulator-based operational support.
• Review and validate operating procedures for start-up, shutdown, and emergency shutdowns.
• Collaborate with process engineering and ICSS/DCS interfaces to ensure alignment with plant configuration.
