Iotagroup is seeking an experienced Training & Competency Specialist to lead panel operator training across LNG and petrochemical processes. The role includes custodianship of the Operator Training Simulator (OTS) and coordinating competency programs.

You will validate start-up, shutdown, and emergency procedures while interfacing with DCS/ICSS engineers to enable advanced process opportunities. The position requires 15+ years in production in oil/gas, LNG experience, and strong leadership, with

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Applied Science, Chemical Engineering or equivalent technical field.
• Min 15 years of production experience in oil, gas or petrochemicals.
• Min 5 years in LNG production plants as a Panel Operator.
• Proven experience using Operator Training Simulators (OTS).

Mansioni

• Develop, manage and implement the panel operators training program.
• Support the Operator Competency and Qualification program.
• Be custodian of the Operator Training Simulator (OTS).
• Validate start-up, normal shutdown, cooldown and emergency shutdown procedures.
• Lead competency assessments and qualification evaluations for panel operators.
• Coordinate vendor training sessions and OTS updates.
• Maintain training records and reports; ensure OTS and ICSS alignment.
