A global life sciences consultancy in Lombardy is seeking motivated strategists to conduct analyses and support client engagements. Ideal candidates will possess 1-3 years of strategy-consulting experience and a relevant advanced degree. The role offers a competitive salary plus performance bonus, and opportunities for fast-track promotions and training. Full availability to travel is necessary. Your Role

In This Position, You Will

• Perform structured analyses and research to support client engagements.
• Translate data into insights and contribute to client recommendations.
• Help shape strategies and develop high-quality deliverables.
• Collaborate with team members and actively participate in client discussions.

You will also take part in our onboarding and training program, designed to quickly build your understanding of the Healthcare and Life Sciences market and accelerate your growth within the firm.

Who We’re Looking For

We are seeking motivated, strategic thinkers with a passion for Life Sciences and an interest in strategy consulting, who are eager to combine science and business. Ideal candidates are problem-solvers with entrepreneurial drive and the ability to work in a dynamic, international environment.
