Job summary

Generali Group is seeking an experienced lawyer to join the Group Strategic Legal Affairs team, focusing on financing and capital markets transactions, intragroup financing and treasury projects.

The role requires a Master’s in Law and at least 5 years’ post-qualification experience at leading international law firms or multinational institutions, plus strong drafting, project management and excellent English.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Law and qualification to practice law.
• At least 5 years of post-qualification experience in leading international law firms or multinational financial institutions.
• Experience in financing transactions and debt capital markets.
• Excellent English language skills, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Support the Group's financing and capital markets activities across the transaction lifecycle.
• Coordinate multiple workstreams and manage projects with autonomy.
• Provide pragmatic, business-oriented legal advice to internal and external stakeholders.
