Job summary

Angove Partners Limited in Milan seeks a law graduate with an interest in M&A to join a growing team and gain exposure to all facets of the M&A field, including insurance aspects.

You will support transactions by drafting and reviewing documents, conducting due diligence, and coordinating closing actions in a fast-paced environment.

• Draft and edit ancillary documents such as NDAs and consents.

We are working with a market leading company who are seeking to hire a Law graduate with a background/interest in M&A in Milan. This position is a great opportunity to join a growing company and gain exposure to all facets of the M&A industry including Insurance.

Responsibilities include:

• Support M&A transactions by coordinating closing actions and preparing key documents, including closing checklists, certificates, and memoranda.
• Draft and review legal documents.
• Due diligence support. Collecting, organising, and reviewing corporate documents, contracts, and other materials from target companies.
• Draft and edit ancillary documents (NDAs, consents, officer certificates, closing checklists, etc.)

About you:

• Industry experience is preferable. A background or education in M&A/Corporate Law is desirable.
