Objectway in Milan is seeking a Senior Back-End Developer to bolster our Engineering team and advance our wealth management platform. You will build secure, scalable back-end services using Java and Spring Boot within a microservices architecture.

You will work with product managers, architects and engineers to deliver enterprise-grade solutions for financial institutions, applying secure coding and cloud-native practices on Kubernetes and AWS. Proficiency in English and Italian is essential.

Competenze

• 5+ years of backend development with Java and Spring Boot.
• Experience designing microservices-based applications.
• Hands-on with Docker, Kubernetes and AWS in production.
• Experience designing and integrating RESTful APIs.
• Solid understanding of software architecture and secure coding principles.
• Experience in Agile environments with Git and CI/CD.

Mansioni

• Design, develop and maintain scalable back-end services with Java and Spring Boot in a microservices architecture.
• Develop clean, maintainable, well-tested code following engineering best practices.
• Design and implement RESTful APIs and integrate with internal/external services.
• Contribute to cloud-native apps deployed on Kubernetes and AWS.
• Collaborate with architects, PMs and engineers to translate requirements into solutions.
• Ensure performance, scalability, resilience and security compliance.
• Participate in code reviews and CI/CD improvements.
• Troubleshoot production issues and implement long-term fixes.
