Job summary

TeamSystem in Italy (Naples, Rome or Milan) seeks a skilled IT Risk/IT Governance professional to strengthen risk management across payments and fintech within a regulated environment. You will lead risk treatment, coordinate external resources, and drive DORA compliance while aligning with ISO, NIST, and CSA STAR standards.

Join a cross-functional team focused on governance, security, and continuous improvement. English proficiency at least B2 is required, and travel may be needed.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of IT Risk or IT Governance experience in payments, fintech, or regulated environments, plus 3 years in Internal Control, Auditing, or IT Risk Management.
• Strong knowledge of risk and security frameworks (NIST CSF 2.0, COBIT, ISO 27001/27017/27018, CSA STAR).
• Certifications such as ISO 27001 Lead Auditor/Lead Implementer, CRISC, CISA, COBIT, CSA STAR are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to Group-wide risk governance activities and coordinate external resources when required.
• Lead risk treatment and mitigation plans, advising business stakeholders with a focus on payments and fintech.
• Drive implementation of the DORA Regulation and monitor ICT supplier and supply chain risks.
• Identify and assess Operational and ICT Risks, defining group-level frameworks and methodologies.
• Prepare periodic reports and analyze risk indicators to strengthen internal control.
• Ensure alignment with industry standards and frameworks (ISO, NIST, eIDAS and related audits).
