Job summary

TeamSystem S.p.A. in Naples (Italy) seeks an IT Risk & Compliance professional to analyze customer tech requirements and configure solutions within IT Risk & Compliance. You will contribute to risk governance, lead risk treatment, and drive DORA implementations across the Group.

The role requires experience in regulated environments, strong knowledge of ISO/NIST/COBIT, and the ability to collaborate with stakeholders. Hybrid work and international exposure offered.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field.
• At least 3 years in IT Risk, IT Governance or Internal Control roles.
• Strong knowledge of NIST CSF 2.0, COBIT, ISO 27001/27017/27018, CSA STAR.
• Experience in cybersecurity assessments and IT audits.
• Knowledge of DORA and related regulatory requirements.
• Excellent communication in English (B2+).

Responsibilities

• Contribute to Group-wide risk governance and coordinate external resources.
• Lead risk treatment and mitigation plans for payments and fintech.
• Drive DORA implementation and monitor ICT supplier risks.
• Identify and assess operational and ICT risks; define group frameworks.
• Prepare periodic risk reports and analyze indicators for controls.
• Ensure alignment with ISO/NIST/COBIT standards and certifications.

Here, technology operates behind the scenes, but its impact is visible every day: protecting the organization, enabling people, and making work possible across the business.Join our team, where you can sharpen your skills, join challenging projects, and grow in the field of IT Risk&Compliance with the aim of analysethe customer’s technological requirements and configure appropriate solutions.**In particular, you will be responsible for:*** Contribute to Group-wide risk governance activities and coordinate external resources when required.* Lead risk treatment and mitigation plans, acting as a trusted advisor for business stakeholders, with a focus on payments and fintech.* Drive the implementation of the DORA Regulation and monitor risks related to ICT suppliers and supply chains.* Identify and assess Operational and ICT Risks, defining frameworks and methodologies at Group level.* Prepare periodic reports and analyze risk indicators to strengthen the internal control system.* Ensure ongoing alignment with industry standards and frameworks, including ISO, NIST, eIDAS, and other audit and risk-related certifications.**What skills are we looking for?*** Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.* At least 3 years of experience in IT Risk or IT Governance roles within payments, fintech, or highly regulated environments, and 3 years of overall experience in Internal Control, Auditing, or IT Risk Management.* Strong knowledge of international risk and security frameworks such as NIST CSF 2.0, COBIT, ISO 27001, ISO 27017, ISO 27018, and CSA STAR.* Relevant certifications are considered a plus, including ISO 27001 Lead Auditor/Lead Implementer, CRISC, CISA, COBIT, and CSA STAR.* Experience in cybersecurity assessments, including vulnerability assessments, penetration testing, gap analysis, and IT Audits.* Solid knowledge of the DORA Regulation and related regulatory requirements.* Proven experience managing projects, including scope, milestones, and risks, as well as implementing or reviewing security governance strategies and programs.* Strong interpersonal, analytical, and leadership skills.* Team-oriented mindset, flexibility, problem-solving attitude, and willingness to travel when required.* English proficiency at B2 level or higher, both written and spoken.Do you recognize yourself in the skills we’re looking for?
