TeamSystem in Italy (Naples, Rome or Milan) seeks a skilled IT Risk/IT Governance professional to strengthen risk management across payments and fintech within a regulated environment. You will lead risk treatment, coordinate external resources, and drive DORA compliance while aligning with ISO, NIST, and CSA STAR standards.

Join a cross-functional team focused on governance, security, and continuous improvement. English proficiency at least B2 is required, and travel may be needed.

Competenze

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of IT Risk or IT Governance experience in payments, fintech, or regulated environments, plus 3 years in Internal Control, Auditing, or IT Risk Management.
• Strong knowledge of risk and security frameworks (NIST CSF 2.0, COBIT, ISO 27001/27017/27018, CSA STAR).
• Certifications such as ISO 27001 Lead Auditor/Lead Implementer, CRISC, CISA, COBIT, CSA STAR are a plus.

In particular, you will be responsible for:

• Contribute to Group-wide risk governance activities and coordinate external resources when required.
• Lead risk treatment and mitigation plans, acting as a trusted advisor for business stakeholders, with a focus on payments and fintech.
• Drive the implementation of the DORA Regulation and monitor risks related to ICT suppliers and supply chains.
• Identify and assess Operational and ICT Risks, defining frameworks and methodologies at Group level.
• Prepare periodic reports and analyze risk indicators to strengthen the internal control system.
• Ensure ongoing alignment with industry standards and frameworks, including ISO, NIST, eIDAS, and other audit and risk-related certifications.

What skills are we looking for?

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in IT Risk or IT Governance roles within payments, fintech, or highly regulated environments, and 3 years of overall experience in Internal Control, Auditing, or IT Risk Management.
• Strong knowledge of international risk and security frameworks such as NIST CSF 2.0, COBIT, ISO 27001, ISO 27017, ISO 27018, and CSA STAR.
• Relevant certifications are considered a plus, including ISO 27001 Lead Auditor/Lead Implementer, CRISC, CISA, COBIT, and CSA STAR.
• Experience in cybersecurity assessments, including vulnerability assessments, penetration testing, gap analysis, and IT Audits.
• Solid knowledge of the DORA Regulation and related regulatory requirements.
• Proven experience managing projects, including scope, milestones, and risks, as well as implementing or reviewing security governance strategies and programs.
• Strong interpersonal, analytical, and leadership skills.
• Team-oriented mindset, flexibility, problem-solving attitude, and willingness to travel when required.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher, both written and spoken.

• Total compensation: € 38.000 – € 50.000 Including a variable component linked to performance. Full-time reference.
