TeamSystem, a leading European tech company, seeks an IT Risk & Compliance professional to safeguard the organization across payments and fintech. You will analyze customer technology requirements, implement risk governance, and coordinate with stakeholders to strengthen the control environment.

As part of IT & Cybersecurity, you drive DORA compliance, monitor ICT supplier risks, and align with ISO/NIST standards. Hybrid work in Italy with growth within a multinational group.

Formación

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or related field.
• At least 3 years in IT Risk or IT Governance in payments/fintech or regulated environments; 3 years in Internal Control/Auditing.
• Strong knowledge of NIST CSF 2.0, COBIT, ISO 27001/27017/27018, CSA STAR.
• Certifications such as ISO 27001 Lead Auditor/Implementer, CRISC, CISA, COBIT, CSA STAR are a plus.
• Experience in cybersecurity assessments, vulnerability assessments, IT audits.

Responsabilidades

• Contribute to Group-wide risk governance and coordinate external resources.
• Lead risk treatment and mitigation plans for payments and fintech.
• Drive DORA Regulation implementation and monitor ICT supplier risks.
• Identify and assess Operational and ICT risks; define frameworks and methodologies.
• Prepare periodic risk reports and analyze indicators to strengthen internal controls.
• Align with ISO, NIST, eIDAS and audit certifications.
