Qualifications

• German and English language fluency (spoken and written).
• Project management experience in IT, ideally SaaS or system integrators; familiarity with Agile and/or Waterfall is a plus.
• Consulting mindset with customer-facing experience in software.
• International exposure and ability to manage cross-functional, international projects.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to interface with customers and stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience in gathering customer requirements, managing product backlogs, estimating effort, and drafting Statements of Work (SOWs).
• Proactivity, ownership, and eagerness to grow into an international customer-facing role.
• Certifications such as PMI-ACP, CSM, CSPO, PMP, ITIL, or PRINCE2 are a plus.
• Willingness to travel within the DACH region for customer visits.

Responsibilities

• Project Planning & Execution: Define objectives, scopes, and deliverables; contribute to roadmaps, timelines, and resource/budget allocation.
• Team Leadership: Direct project teams, define responsibilities, monitor progress, and foster collaboration while resolving issues.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Act as main contact for stakeholders, manage expectations, and ensure transparent communication across phases.
• Risk Mitigation: Identify risks early and support mitigation planning throughout the project lifecycle.
• Quality Management: Ensure deliverables meet quality standards via audits and continuous improvement.
• Project Delivery & Closure: Support project wrap-up, lessons learned, and final reporting.
• Client Collaboration: Liaise with technical teams to align on requirements and identify new opportunities.
