Antares Vision Group is hiring a Senior IT Help Desk in Travagliato, Italy, to provide first-level support across Group entities. You will manage devices, software, and user requests, coordinate external support, and help maintain inventory and ticketing systems.

Strong English and 4–5 years in IT support are preferred. The role offers a permanent contract, an international environment, and a competitive salary package (35–40k EUR).

Competenze

• Basic system administration knowledge, especially in Windows environments.
• Knowledge of networks, PCs (Windows and Linux), and VMware.
• Precision, reliability, and confidentiality.
• Good command of the English language.
• Flexibility and dynamism.
• Preferably 4–5 years of experience in the role.

Mansioni

• First-level IT support for all Group Legal Entities with alignment across locations.
• Direct operational support.
• Coordination of external support including supervision, shadowing, and training.
• Alignment of devices, domains, and group policies; manage printers, badges, and IT registry.
• Manage IT equipment orders and maintain inventory (800+ PCs).
• Oversee 200+ mobile devices (phones, SIMs, etc.).
• Documentation of inventory and SOP updates; improve ticketing platform and response times.
• Support IP telephony systems and prepare client devices.
