Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in a Product Manager role, ideally with exposure to regulated products (investing, lending, insurance) or genuine complexity.
• Investments expertise with track record in the investment space.
• Data-driven mindset supported by analytics.

Responsibilities

• Roadmap ownership for the investments products (ETFs, stocks, funds) from opportunity sizing to shipped features, backed by data and user research.
• Navigate regulatory complexity, balancing simplicity for users with product intricacy.
• Collaborate with compliance/legal given the regulated nature of investment products.
• Talk to users via interviews, usability tests, and support tickets and turn insights into product decisions.
• Define specs and work with design and engineering to ship and iterate based on data.
• Track and own core KPIs (activation, adoption, AUM/volumes) and report them objectively.
