Satispay in Milano is seeking a Product Manager for the Investments domain to make investing simple and accessible for our users across ETF, stocks, ready-made funds and more. You will own the roadmap and work with design and engineering to ship features backed by data and research.

This role emphasizes regulatory navigation, frequent user interviews, and KPI management. You will collaborate with compliance and analytics, shaping products that balance simplicity with financial complexity while

Qualifications

4+ years of experience in a Product Manager role, ideally with exposure to regulated products or genuine complexity.
Proven track record in the investment space with a genuine passion for finance
Data-driven mindset with ability to validate hypotheses using analytics
Strong user-centric approach prioritising direct user feedback and research
Experience collaborating with designers and engineers across disciplines

Responsibilities

Roadmap ownership for investment products (ETFs, stocks, funds).
Navigate regulatory complexity while keeping user experience simple.
Collaborate with compliance/legal on regulated products.
Conduct user research through interviews and usability tests to inform decisions.
Define specifications and work with design and engineering to ship features and iterate.
Track core KPIs (activation, adoption, AUM/volumes) and report insights
