Baker Hughes is seeking an Senior Infrastructure Configuration Engineer to join the Industry & Energy Technology team in Florence, Italy. The role focuses on collecting and translating product inputs into infrastructure templates, managing BOMs, PDOCs, and QCP templates across the product lifecycle.

You will drive process improvements, support the Model-Based Enterprise transition, and provide senior technical guidance to cross-functional teams while ensuring data integrity and alignment with

Competenze

• Master’s degree in Engineering from an accredited university.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written).
• Hands-on experience with PLM systems and BOM management.
• Experience in Systems Engineering or Configuration Management is preferred.

Mansioni

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate inputs into infrastructure templates and BOMs.
• Own and govern QCP templates for Florence core products and P&M portfolio.
• Improve configuration rules to enable new products in Product Configurators.
• Ensure timely generation of project BOMs and PDOCs and maintain baselines.
• Lead change-management for infrastructure templates and governance processes.
