osapiens is seeking a Senior Solution Engineer to own the industry SE strategy for a vertical focus in CPG & Retail, Manufacturing, or Healthcare & Utilities. You will translate regulatory and efficiency requirements into clear value for the osapiens HUB, collaborating with Account Executives to shape deals and roadmaps.

You will lead end-to-end POCs, demos, and RFP responses, while mentoring junior SEs and representing the company at industry events. Based in Europe with travel.

Competenze

• 4+ years in solution engineering, presales or tech-focused enterprise SaaS for B2B.
• Understanding of supply chain, sustainability and ROI valuation.
• Ownership of complex enterprise deals end-to-end, including POCs and security reviews.
• Strong fluency with SAP ecosystems and cloud integration technologies.
• German at native/near-native level and fluent English; willing to travel 25–35%.
• Based in Europe, open to travel to clients across the region.
