Ariston Group is seeking an Industrial Engineering Senior Specialist to drive the industrialization of new products and continuous improvement of manufacturing processes at the Osimo plant. You will lead cross-functional initiatives with R&D, Quality, Logistics, Operations, Procurement and Maintenance to ensure successful product launches and sustainable improvements.

The role emphasizes Lean/WCM, time and methods analyses, line balancing, and ergonomic optimization within a World Class

Competenze

Bachelors or Masters in Industrial, Mechanical, Manufacturing or Management Engineering.
5–10 years of Industrial Engineering experience in manufacturing.
Experience in Lean/WCM / Continuous Improvement.
SAP and CAD skills are a plus.

Mansioni

Lead the industrialization of new products, ensuring readiness of processes, equipment and documentation.
Manage Engineering Change Requests (ECRs) and support product/process modifications.
Collaborate in DFM, FMEA and Stage & Gate reviews to ensure manufacturability.
Design, review and improve manufacturing processes focusing on ergonomics, productivity and waste reduction.
Drive Lean/WCM initiatives and identify non-value-added activities.
