Aldebaran Group is seeking an HV Electrical Engineer to lead the design and optimization of high-voltage architectures for industrial facilities, focusing on renewable energy and green hydrogen production. You will ensure performance, reliability, and compliance across HV networks and transformers, supporting project teams in decision-making throughout the lifecycle.

You will evaluate bids, advise on technical choices, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to maintain design consistency

Qualifications

• The candidate has a minimum of 10 years’ experience in HV/MV electrical engineering.
• Experience on large-scale industrial or energy projects, preferably in renewables or hydrogen.
• Strong knowledge of power transmission and distribution systems.
• Proficiency in HV electrical calculations and industry-standard tools (ETAP).

Responsabilités

• Define, optimize, and validate electrical architectures for HV systems and hydrogen projects.
• Coordinate design and sizing studies of HV/MV/LV installations for quality deliverables.
• Participate in bid evaluations and technical discussions with contractors and suppliers.
• Advise project teams on technical choices considering green hydrogen constraints.
• Propose innovative solutions aligned with energy transition challenges.
• Collaborate with other disciplines to ensure design consistency across projects.
• Contribute to company standards, procedures, and technical frameworks.
