Metlen Energy & Metals is seeking an HSE Site Supervisor to join our M Renewables team in Italy. You will monitor, evaluate, and improve HSE plans, supervise contractor activities on site, and ensure safety documentation is compliant.

Requirements include 3–5 years of HSE construction experience, knowledge of Italian HSE legislation, and fluency in English and Italian. A degree in Electrical, Mechanical or Civil Engineering is a plus and energy-project experience is valued.

Competenze

HSE construction experience required.
Experience in energy projects is an advantage.
Knowledge of Italian HSE legislation a must.
Fluent English and fluent Italian required.
University degree in Electrical/Mechanical/Civil Engineering is a plus.

Mansioni

Monitor, evaluate, and analyze the effectiveness of HSE plans and propose improvements.
Supervise activities and check documentation on site of contractor and subcontractor.
Review, analyze and prepare Safety Plans for construction sites when requested.
Review project drawings to identify potential H&S problems for construction.
Ensure HSE information is displayed and site complies with all documentation.
Prepare the site’s H&S files and keep them up to date.
Establish emergency plans and coordinate with relevant agencies.
Control subcontractors H&S through briefings and discussions.
