AbbVie’s Italian Commercial Office in Rome seeks a Business HR Associate Manager to guide and support a large, diverse workforce. You will act as a trusted adviser to business leaders, delivering evidence-based HR solutions while collaborating with Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, and the IR/HR teams.

The role requires autonomy in handling complex employee relations, workforce design, compensation advisement, and change initiatives, with strong business acumen and leadership to mentor

Competenze

• 5-6 years of experience in structured multinational pharma companies
• Strong knowledge of Italian Labor Law and employee relations
• Good command of English (oral and written) and proficiency with standard Office tools

Mansioni

• Serve as HR point of contact for employees and leaders, delivering day-to-day support and guidance
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, and IR Manager on hiring, onboarding, performance reviews, and change initiatives
• Manage labor relations, including conflicts, grievances, dismissals, and disciplinary actions in partnership with the HR leadership
