ams OSRAM is seeking a Principal Hf Verification Engineer in Vicenza, Italy to lead verification strategy for broadband optical ICs, including high-frequency mixed-signal interfaces and fast datapaths. You will drive block- and chip-level verification, coordinate cross-functional debugging, and mentor a team of verification engineers.

The ideal candidate holds MSc or PhD in Electrical Engineering with 10+ years of verification experience and deep proficiency in SystemVerilog and UVM, plus

Competenze

• MSc or PhD in Electrical Engineering required.
• 10+ years verification experience required.
• Proficient with SystemVerilog and UVM.
• Broadband optical IC verification experience including mixed-signal interfaces and high-speed datapaths.
• Strong coverage-driven verification experience.
• Experience with automated regression environments.
• Advanced CMOS node experience (FinFET/FD-SOI) required.
