Smart4 Energy is seeking a Construction Site Supervisor to manage the full lifecycle of complex projects across international locations. You will supervise site teams, coordinate with HSE and quality personnel, and ensure safe, compliant execution from mobilization to demobilization.

The role requires 5+ years in site supervision, a civil/mechanical/electrical engineering background, and fluency in Italian and English. Willingness to travel 90% of the time is essential.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience as Site Supervisor or Construction Lead.
• Strong familiarity with HSE, QA/QC, permitting and commissioning practices.
• Experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams and subcontractors.
• Knowledge of project scheduling tools (MS Project, Primavera).
• Fluent in Italian and English.

Mansioni

• Oversee site setup to demobilization and ensure safe, on-budget progress.
• Apply HSE procedures per the Project HSE Plan and QA/QC standards.
• Coordinate daily activities and resource allocation with the planner.
• Supervise works and contractors during execution and installation phases.
• Manage handovers between project phases and contractors.
• Lead site supervisors and HSE/Quality representatives.
