Redcare Pharmacy, Europe’s No.1 e-pharmacy, seeks a Senior Retail Buyer – Health & Beauty in Italy to drive pharmaceutical and cosmetics assortments. You will lead supplier negotiations, optimize rebates and terms, and collaborate with international procurement teams to grow the Italian market.

In this role you will manage a broad supplier portfolio, negotiate promotions, and oversee purchasing across multiple product categories, with hybrid work options and a focus on performance and value.

Qualifications

• Experience in buying, strategic purchasing or category management.
• Background in pharma retail, para-pharmacy, dermocosmetics, cosmetics, supplements, or beauty.
• Proven ability to negotiate with suppliers and manage commercial terms.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management in an international setting.

Responsibilities

• Drive supplier contribution improvements and end-of-year agreements.
• Negotiate rebates and optimize payment terms.
• Lead promotional plans with suppliers to support performance.
