ENGIE Italia in Rome seeks a Senior Structured Originator for Green Power, Data Center & BESS. Front-office role engaging with trading, quants, risk, and legal teams to structure and negotiate complex energy contracts.

The candidate should have 5+ years in energy markets, strong negotiation skills, and a Master in a quantitative discipline. Fluency in English and Italian preferred. Permanent contract with a salary range disclosed.

Competenze

More than 5 years of experience in the energy market and structured origination.
Master degree in quantitative discipline (engineering, economics, finance, etc.).
Solid knowledge of the Italian power system, markets and regulatory context.
Knowledge of pricing models, risk metrics, physical and financial energy products and contracts (PPA, Tolling, etc.).

Mansioni

Data Center: Develop Engie’s proposal for Data Center, structuring co-siting solutions.
Hybrid PPA (PV, Wind, BESS): Develop hybrid PPA solutions for 24/7 coverage.
Green Power PPAs: Manage onboarding, structuring, client relations, and governance for PPA deals.
Cooperate with Downstream sales team in structuring and drafting downstream PPA offers.
BESS/Flex Tolling: Negotiate terms and coordinate internal approvals for tolling/flex optimization.
Understand pricing methodologies and help develop related models with the pricing team.
Follow legislative and market changes in Italian markets affecting S&EM green power.
