The backend team builds greenfield services that react to player activity in real time and at scale. We value autonomy, craftsmanship, and long-term thinking, crafting event-driven systems for resilience, low latency, and trust.

Competenze

• 6+ years of backend development in high-throughput, real-time, or consumer-facing systems.
• Strong proficiency in Go and experience with gRPC and RESTful APIs.
• Solid understanding of distributed systems, multi-tenant architectures, and microservices.
• Experience building services where engagement or platform integrity matters is a plus.

Mansioni

• Design and build distributed backend services powering a multi-tenant platform.
• Develop core platform features across engagement, personalisation, and platform integrity domains.
• Process high-volume player activity streams and integrate with payments, game providers, and internal data.
• Collaborate with product, frontend, data, and infrastructure teams for end-to-end systems.
• Contribute to architectural design and drive technical decisions across services.
• Ensure scalability, fault-tolerance, and data integrity for balances and decisions.
• Maintain clean, testable Go code following industry best practices.
