Block Labs is building governance‑driven AI agents and real‑time decision platforms for high‑stakes digital products. You will craft production SLAs for agents that reason over data, answer business questions, and operate with auditable, auditable safeguards.

The role spans AI agents, ML, data science, and dashboards, with emphasis on responsible automation, risk controls, and clear ownership. You will work remotely with EU overlap, shaping distributed, scalable systems.

Competenze

• 4+ years of experience in software, data science, or machine learning engineering.
• Shipped production RAG systems with grounding, retrieval, and evaluation.
• Experience designing systems with model outputs feeding deterministic execution.
• Strong Python for production services; TypeScript for UI surfaces.
• Knowledge of governance, observability, and security in AI agents.

Mansioni

• Build and own production AI agents end to end (Slack-native, governed SQL).
• Develop machine learning models and signals for engagement, risk, and treasury.
• Create dashboards and surfaces for business visibility with BI teams.
• Design and implement agent governance, audit logging, and evaluation harnesses.
• Collaborate with data, AI, BI, and CS teams in a remote, asynchronous setup.
