A creative digital experience platform is seeking a Mid-Senior Backend Developer to design and maintain backend services and APIs. The ideal candidate will have over 4 years of experience in backend development, strong proficiency in Node.js or Go, and experience with cloud platforms. The role allows hybrid or fully remote work in Milan, fostering a collaborative environment with product managers and engineers.

Competenze

• 4+ years experience in backend development in production environments.
• Strong proficiency with Node.js (or Go) and TypeScript.
• Experience with relational (PostgreSQL) and non-relational (MongoDB, Redis) databases.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP) and containerisation (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Strong communication skills in English; Italian is a plus.

Mansioni

• Design, build and maintain backend services and APIs (REST, GraphQL).
• Collaborate with frontend engineers, product managers, QA and DevOps.
• Ensure backend is performant, reliable, secure and scalable.
• Contribute to architectural decisions: microservices and cloud-native.
